Pietà Church

Situated along a fascinating historical and artistic route that includes the Garibaldi Theatre and the Orto Elbano dei Semplici, the Church of the Pietà is a must-see for visitors to the town. Built in the 16th century and also known as the Church of the Dead and of Saint Anthony the Abbot, it is now a venue for cultural events. Among the works associated with it, the Deposition of Christ stands out; originally placed on the altar, it is now housed in the parish church.
